1. Servers Policy

You may purchase our servers for fair use only. Use for any illegal purpose or activity that causes harm, network abuse, or violations of local/international law is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for policy violations without warning.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

We provide No Refund on VPS servers and a 1-day money-back guarantee on other services if there are legitimate, unresolved issues with the service. All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case; approval is at our sole discretion.

3. Return Policy

Payments for services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. Amounts debited from your account will not be credited back unless specifically approved.

4. Liability

Slicehosting is not responsible for any loss of data. While we endeavor to perform regular backups for VPS and game servers, users must maintain their own backups. No responsibility is accepted for data loss resulting from any cause.

5. Community Conduct

Treat all staff and users respectfully across our platforms (including, but not limited to support, Discord, social platforms). Spamming, abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from community channels and/or account suspension. Threats of harm or intolerance will result in an immediate ban without warning.

6. Fair Use

We routinely monitor all usage. If our team finds that your use is abusive (including but not limited to DDoS source/amp, crypto mining, or any activity negatively affecting our servers/customers), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service at any time and without refund. Forbidden uses also include:

• DDoS attacks (in any form)
• Crypto mining
• Hosting/providing any illegal content or software
• Operations damaging hardware/network stability
• Running a torrenting hub or similar

7. Payment & Suspension

Your server is suspended if payment is overdue by 1 day. After 3 days of non-payment, a late fee is applied. If payment is not received within 5 days, all data and services will be permanently deleted, and no restoration is possible.

8. Third Party Services

Services such as billing, payments, domains, or DDoS protection may be provided or managed by third-party partners under separate terms. Slicehosting is not responsible for third-party actions or content. Use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their policies.

9. Privacy Policy

All use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy regarding data collection, processing, and usage.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
